改良 Brisson 术治疗隐匿性阴茎患儿的效果观察

摘要　目的:探讨改良 Brisson 术治疗隐匿性阴茎(CP)患儿的临床效果。 方法:选取 60 例 CP 患儿,按手术方式的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各 30 例。 对照组行 Devine 术治疗,观察组行改良 Brisson 术治疗,对比两组手术效果、生活质量及并发症。 结果:观察组手术时间短于对照组,术后阴茎增长长度大于对照组,外观评分高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前,两组少儿主观生活质量问卷(ISLQ)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后 3 个月,观察组 ISLQ评分高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:改良 Brisson 术治疗 CP 患儿,效果显著,可有效缩短手术时间,更好地恢复阴茎长度及外观,且不会增加术后并发症,有利于提高其生活质量。

Effect of modified Brisson surgery for children with concealed penis

Abstract　 Objective: To investigate the effect of modified Brisson surgery for children with concealed penis(CP). Methods: 60 children with CP were divided into two groups according to different surgical methods, each with 30 cases. The control group underwent Devine, while the observation group received modified Brisson surgery. Then, the operative effects, quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups. Results: The observation group had shorter operation time, longer penile growth after operation, and higher appearance scores than those of the control group, there were statistical differences between the two groups(P<0.05). Preoperative comparison of Inventory of Subjective Life Quality(ISLQ)score between the two groups showed no statistical significance(P>0.05); 3 months after surgery, ISLQ score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05); and there was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusion: Modified Brisson surgery for the treatment of children with CP has a significant effect, which can effectively shorten the operation time, better restore the penis length and appearance, and will not increase postoperative complications, which is beneficial to improve their quality of life.
